Vaibhav founded Accelt Asset Management, a SEBI-registered boutique portfolio management firm, and launched the Accelt Long Term Equity Fund in November 2024. Before starting Accelt, he spent over five years as Head of Equity Research at a boutique PMS. Earlier in his career he worked with Citibank, ICICI Bank and the Aditya Birla Group, building wide experience across banking, manufacturing and capital markets.
