AAIM has a six-member strong investment team with combined work experience of over 65 years. The firm is fundamental bottoms-up investors who are macro aware, but does not take macro calls. AAIM has a singular focus to generate the best risk adjusted returns for the investors in AAFI.

His last role was with FIL, where he initially joined as an Investment Analyst in 2011 and was then an Analyst & Portfolio Manager from Jan 2020 until he left in the middle of 2022 to found AAIM.

Abhijit was ranked # 1 sell side analyst in the Asia Money institutional polls in India metals and mining from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to this he worked at two boutique PMS firms for ~7 years covering names across the consumer universe.
