Chandrakant Gogri is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Aarti Industries Limited (NSE: AARTIIND), one of India's largest and most diversified specialty chemicals groups with revenues exceeding ₹7,000 crore. He founded Aarti Industries in 1984 and built it into a globally competitive specialty chemicals platform with operations spanning benzene-based chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and surfactants. Through Alchemie Ventures, he deploys family office capital into high-growth mid-market companies aligned with India's industrial and energy transition. He has been vocal about India's solar energy opportunity, particularly the country's 300 GW by 2030 target.

Rajendra Mhatre is the SEBI-designated contact person for Dhanvallabh Ventures Fund and a senior finance professional at Aarti Industries Limited, the parent group of investment manager Alchemie Ventures.

Renil Gogri is the Managing Director of Aarti Industries Limited, the parent group of Alchemie Ventures. He is part of the Gogri family, the founding promoter family of Aarti Industries, which was established by Chandrakant Gogri in 1975.

Sagar Tanna is the Chief Investment Officer of Alchemie Ventures, responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management. He brings extensive experience in Indian equity markets, previously serving at Nuvama Wealth, Kotak Securities, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services. He holds an MBA from NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), Mumbai. He represents Alchemie Ventures on the board of portfolio companies including Prozeal Green, where he led the $4M Series A investment in 2023.
