He has 25 years of experience in institutional equity research, advising some of the largest global and domestic institutional investors. He has been voted by Wall Street Journal as India's top analyst for home and personal care sector and received numerous awards from Reuters StarMine for consumer staples category. Swati Gaikwad heads the finance and operation functions and also handles the role of compliance officer. She has been instrumental in business planning, formulating, and improvising organizational processes with focus on quality, productivity, and technology. She completed her CA articleship in a CA firm- Pandey & Pandey firm with exposure in Audit & Taxation. Subsequently, she worked in the Taxation and Accounts department at Apex Consultants.
