Summa Cum Laude, B.S. Economics (Wharton); Computer Engineering, University of Pennsylvania. Mohit began his career as a quantitative researcher and trader at Citadel Investment Group (Chicago), where he built and traded statistical strategies in US fixed income securities. He later worked at D.E. Shaw managing Indian public equities and convertible bonds, and has also held roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in New York.

He later served as Portfolio Manager and Quantitative Finance Researcher at AQR Capital (Greenwich, US), managing multiple strategies including Emerging Market stock selection. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs and State Street Bank in New York and is an active angel investor with Indian Angel Network.

Bhautik Ambani is the Chief Executive Officer of AlphaGrep Investment Managment Pvt Ltd. As CEO, he will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening and expanding the firm's domestic presence, and enhancing customer experience. Prior to joining AlphaGrep, Bhautik was the Executive Director at Avendus Capital Public Markets Alternate Strategies LLP. Being a founding member of the team, he was responsible for fund raising and strategy. At Avendus he was instrumental in growing the business to the largest onshore hedge funds in India. He was also associated with Ambit Capital, Kotak Wealth Management, and Mirae Asset, in various capacities and positions of leadership.

Praveen has more than 16 years of experience across quantitative trading, portfolio management and investment strategies across multiple asset classes. He started his career with Edelweiss Financial as part of the proprietary trading team where he helped setup and scale the quantitative trading desk, before transitioning to the investment management business, where he was co-managing a long-short category III AIF. At AlphaGrep IM, Praveen is responsible for the product and investment strategy and oversees risk and capital allocation.
