IN/AIF3/23-24/1418) is a Category III AIF managed by Alta Cura Technologies, a boutique AI-driven asset management firm headquartered at 61, 2nd Floor, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi 110001. It is the firm's second SEBI-registered AIF, alongside its earlier registration IN/AIF3/21-22/0934. Alta Cura Technologies was founded by Raman Nagpal, a computer scientist and co-founder of Accuracap, which manages $230M+ in Indian public equities. The firm's investment strategies are underpinned by proprietary AI and machine learning algorithms adapted from Accuracap's decade-plus track record. Investment philosophy

Alta Cura's investment philosophy centres on deploying AI and machine learning algorithms to generate market-uncorrelated absolute returns. The strategy uses four trading buckets, all focused on market-neutral trades, and continuously learns from market data to improve predictive accuracy. The core principles are: (1) equity-like target returns of 15%+ gross; (2) a debt-plus risk profile that avoids negative annual returns; and (3) returns structurally uncorrelated to equity and debt indices. The portfolio is split between highly liquid low-risk debt instruments (C1 bucket) serving as collateral and a trading overlay of AI-driven long-short strategies. The underlying algorithmic framework draws from Accuracap's proven quantitative systems, which have outperformed the Indian equity market over more than a decade, and have been adapted for more trading-intensive absolute return applications.

Holding degrees in Computer Science, an MBA, and a CFA(ICFAI), he's also a certified Corporate Director from Insead Business School. He's had affiliations with major companies like Motorola, Apple, and Microsoft, and has founded and managed his own successful startups. He served on the boards of Adobe India and Mopria Global Alliance, overseeing one of Adobe's key global divisions. In 2009, he co-established Accuracap as a family office, utilizing cutting-edge algorithms to manage proprietary capital. Accuracap naturally evolved into a top-performing fund manager in India over the next decade.

Dr. Naresh Chand Gupta

She plays a key role in overall management of its business as well as supervision of day-to-day operations.

Sanjiv is a practicing Chartered Accountant with an experience spanning over 25 years in consulting and accountancy. A start-up artiste, he set up and managed a leasing finance Company ABL Leasing besides being founder & Non-Executive Director in Compro Technologies - a software development company focussed on eLearning solutions. He has been a catalyst in start-up of many successful projects in the BPO, IT & Financial Services space. Some of the successful start-ups where he has played a role include Yatra online, RAC, Gulliver Travels, DMI Finance & Cisco Systems Capital. Sanjiv is responsible for the organization's strategic partnerships and business development efforts. He has played active role as strategic advisor on corporate governance, finance and regulatory issues.
