Sumit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years of experience in portfolio management, NBFC, Bullion, structured product investments and business strategy. Previously he was the founding employee at Milestone Capital and has been highly instrumental in conceptualizing, structuring of the funds. He played a key role in forming the joint venture with IL&FS Investment Managers which jointly manages a portfolio of US$ 200 million across 3 rental yield funds. In addition he used to manage a portfolio of US$ 65 million that focuses on Bullion investments and structured transactions including equity linked notes.

Afaque is an MBA from IUA, UK and has over 12 years of experience in real estate across verticals such as deal sourcing, pricing, transaction structuring, nurturing, divestment and yield distribution. In the real estate space he has invested in commercial, industrial and logistics sectors. Previously at Milestone Capital, he used to oversee the rental yield funds and was managing around 4 mn sqft of commercial rent yielding assets. He has played a key role in the fund raising, deployment, nurturing, dis-investment and distributing yields to investors. Prior to Milestone, he worked with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as Senior Manager - Investment Services.

Ruchir is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 12 years of experience in financial services sector. Has performed extensive financial analysis and due diligence for real estate and private equity funds, international taxation and transaction structuring. Has a rich experience in audits including IFRS and IAS compliance. His previous stint was with Milestone Capital, where he was part of Corporate Initiatives group where his role primarily involved, Portfolio Management, NBFC business, identification of new market opportunities, Conceptualization, and formation up of offshore funds and handling its entire operations, and providing active transaction structuring support for Domestic and Offshore fund Investment decisions.
