Mr. Prathmesh Agrawal is a seasoned Portfolio Management Services professional with over 15 years of experience in the Indian listed equity markets. He has managed and advised investment portfolios with aggregate AUM exceeding Rs 1,000 crore. He has extensive expertise in Portfolio Management, Investment Strategy, Equity Research and Risk Management. He has been associated with Enam Asset Management, Religare Group, Varanium Capital and Moody's Analytics.

Smt. Deena Mehta is a financial markets professional of about four decades. She is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Master's in Management Studies (Finance) and is a Fellow Member of the Securities and Investment Institute London. She is the promoter of the Asit C Mehta group of companies. She was the former President of the Bombay Stock Exchange and the first woman Director and first woman President of the BSE. She is a former director of National Payments Corporation of India and promoter director of Central Depository Services Ltd. She has been a member of several SEBI committees, including the Review of Eligibility (CORE) norms, Derivative Committee, Delisting Committee, Ethics Committee and Investor Education.

Mr. Sameer Vidhyadhar Nalawade is an industry expert with rich knowledge and varied experience of Financial Services, Risk Management, Customer Service and Repository & Operations. He is currently associated with the Company as Operations Head and Associate Vice President, and has worked with the Company for the last 20 years. He completed B.Com from Mumbai University in 2001 and a Diploma in Computer Science in 1995.

Mr. Arjun Prajapati is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in Retail Equity Sales, Institutional Derivatives and Equity Dealing. He is currently associated with the Company as Senior Vice President, Retail Equity Sales. He completed B.Com from Mumbai University in 1993 and PGDBM from Pune University in 2013.

Ms. Madhu Lunawat is the first woman founder of a mutual fund house in India. She brings over two decades of experience across asset management, private equity and capital markets, with earlier stints at Infosys, ASREC and Edelweiss. As Co-Founder of the Pantomath Group, she has integrated Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd. as its retail-broking arm. She is Founder and CIO of the Bharat Value Fund and the driving force behind The Wealth Company.

Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan, IAS (Retd.), has over 35 years of experience and has served in various senior positions with distinction. He retired as Principal Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Earlier roles included Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, and Administrative Secretary of departments including Public Works & Architecture, Town and Country Planning, Urban Estate, Urban Local Bodies and Irrigation. He also served as Deputy Commissioner / District Magistrate of five districts: Bhiwani, Faridabad, Karnal, Sonepat and Rewari.
