A consumer-focused investor with a sharp eye for brands that shape how India lives, and spends. A Chartered Accountant and Oxford MBA, he brings together transaction advisory, consulting, and buyside experience built across Multiples Private Equity, Prath Ventures, and Alvarez & Marsal. Over five years as an active investor, he has been involved with brands including Licious, Eat Better, Nothing Before Coffee, Nutrifresh, Ruskle, and Theater XYZ.

Rahul's background in law gives him an edge — the ability to stress-test a deal as instinctively as he gets excited about one. Trained at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, he has worked across the investment teams at VC Grid and Inflexor Ventures, and on strategic partnerships and investments at Kalpataru Projects. Across sectors and deal types, he has developed a clear-eyed view of where value is created.

Tilak graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, with a B.Com (Hons) in 2025. Having worked across startup accelerators, a deeptech venture capital fund, and an angel investment network, he brings experience in evaluating startups, assessing market opportunities, and working across investments and investor relations.
