With 12+ years of high-impact investing across private equity and growth stages, Mukund has backed game-changers in Banking, Non-Banks, Insurance, and Capital Markets. Before joining Beams, Mukund was a Principal at Paragon Partners, a Mid-Market Private Equity Fund, where he spearheaded investments across the Financial Services and Consumer Sectors. His journey also includes a stint at Sabre Partners, a Growth Equity Fund Focused on Financial Services, and J.P. Morgan's investment banking practice across India and Hong Kong offices. Mukund holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and an engineering degree from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai University.

Deepanshu is a Principal at Beams Fintech Fund, focusing on growth-stage investments in financial services and fintech companies. Since joining Beams, he has played a key role in assisting with the establishment of the fund, building a strong team, evaluating investment opportunities, and fostering long-term growth within the fintech sector. Before Beams, Deepanshu was an Investment Associate at Artha India Ventures, where he collaborated with early-stage startups across diverse sectors, supporting investment decisions and portfolio growth. Prior to that, he led operations, compliance, and finance at an early-stage social discovery startup, contributing to scaling the product from inception to 250,000 active users. Deepanshu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has also earned the NISM-Series-XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).

Soniya leads Fundraising and Investor Relations at Beams Fintech Fund, working closely with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners across India and global markets. With a strong understanding of investor dynamics, she focuses on building meaningful relationships, enabling capital commitments, and developing engagement strategies that support Beams' long-term growth and success. Beyond fundraising, Soniya works closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives spanning investor communications, ecosystem engagement, and positioning Beams as the leading growth capital provider in fintech and financial services. Her expertise lies in navigating complex investor landscapes, aligning interests, and ensuring seamless collaboration between investors and portfolio companies. She has extensive experience in raising capital across diverse investor categories and has contributed significantly to shaping Beams' fundraising strategy.

Atul is an experienced finance professional with a decade of expertise in fund management, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and business structuring. As the Head of Finance & Compliance at Beams Fintech Fund, he oversees finance, compliance, legal, risk management, and governance frameworks to support smooth operations and regulatory adherence. Atul has played a key role in developing Beams' financial and compliance infrastructure, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and investor confidence. Prior to Beams, Atul held leadership positions at Edelweiss, Naman-Accor, Indiabulls, HCC, and Emotorad, where he focused on strengthening financial controls, setting up business, structuring investment frameworks, and improving governance models. A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI) by qualification, Atul is committed to collaborating with founders, aligning financial strategies with business goals, and fostering long-term, responsible growth.

Mehul looks at investments in the Financial Services & Fintech space at Beams Fintech Fund. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Previously he worked with YCP Auctus as a management consultant advising a large airport IT Services client on several bids in the South East Asian region, including marquee airports like Singapore's Changi Airport Group. He also worked with Bain & Co during his tenure at IIT Madras as an Associate Consultant Intern. Additionally, he demonstrated his exceptional leadership abilities by serving as the Coordinator for the Sponsorship & PR Team of Saarang, IIT Madras' Annual Cultural Fest. Outside of his academic pursuits, Mehul nurtures a passion for cricket and stand-up comedy.

Samrat is part of the Investment team at Beams. Samrat has completed CFA and is a B.Sc Finance graduate from NMIMS, Mumbai. Prior to Beams he was an Investment Banking Analyst at PwC where he worked on several fundraising and M&A deals in the Tech sector. He has also cleared CS1 (Institute and Faculty of Actuaries UK) and ACET (Institute of Actuaries of India). Samrat enjoys playing football and going to the gym in his free time.

Diksha Bhatia is a finance and compliance associate with expertise in investor onboarding, fund coordination, focusing on regulatory compliance and finance. She plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, overseeing financial records, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics. Outside of her professional life, she is passionate about martial arts, and enjoys expressing her creativity through sketching and painting.
