Mr. Vijay Bhushan has been actively involved in Capital Market activities since early 1980s. He rejuvenated the Primary Market division, positioning Bharat Bhushan & Company amongst the top 10 firms on all India bases. Mr Bhushan was elected President of Delhi Stock Exchange DSE for the year 2001-02. He was also the Chairman of the Federation of Indian Stock Exchanges FISE for two consecutive years 2002-04. He is a member of important committees of the Capital market regulator, SEBI. In 2012-13, Mr Bhushan was elected to the post of Chairman of ANMI(NR), and later served as a Director on the National Board of ANMI as well as Chairman of the Government of India Committee. In 2017, he was elected as a Director of Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd and the Board appointed him as Chairman of DSE. Subsequently in 2019 ANMI elected him as President & Director on the National Board of ANMI for the financial year 2019-20.

Mrs. Nisha Ahuja has experience in the Capital markets since early 1980s and remains actively involved in the growth of the business. Mrs Ahuja is responsible for developing and expanding the retail, corporate, and institutional client base.

Having completed her MBA in family business & entrepreneurship, Nimisha Gupta spearheaded diversification of the business into wealth protection solutions in 2010. Over these fifteen years she has been actively engaged in insurance advisory, underwriting evaluation and managing claim settlements. Under her leadership the division has steadily grown in its sheer size as well as offerings. Today Bharat Bhushan specializes in personal, commercial and liability insurance, catering to both retail and corporate clients. A certified mutual fund distributor, life & general insurance intermediary and investment advisor, she is passionate towards constantly augmenting her expertise in the financial industry and also to share it ahead. Mrs. Gupta regularly participates as well as conducts financial literacy & awareness initiatives.

Madhav joined the family business in 2018. He is focusing on broadening the scope of advisory services provided to clients by establishing in-house research for equities and alternative investment funds. He is also responsible for the launch of the PMS business of BBETL. Management activities such as technology enhancement, business strategy, marketing initiatives and human resource management fall under his purview. Madhav holds a Bachelors degree, in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance, from University of Delhi. He obtained his Masters degree in Management Studies from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA. He is a certified Mutual Fund Distributor, General Insurance Agent, Equity Derivatives Dealer, Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager.
