Sri Chetan Rathi is Whole-time Director cum CFO of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd. He is a MBA - Finance graduate. He joined the Board of Directors of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd in the year 2010. Earlier he has worked with Piramal Group of companies for one year at Mumbai. He played an active role for the automation of Securities Payin & Payout processes and systems of the Company. He has a multi faced personality which added to start a Subsidiary Company M/s B N Rathi Industries Private Limited is a 100% Subsidiary of BNRSL. He is also Director in B.N.Rathi Comtrade Private Limited.

Sri Laxminiwas Sharma is a Non-executive Non Independent Director of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd. He is a founding partner of LnCo and the senior partner of Laxminiwas & Jain, Chartered Accountants. He has an illustrious career spanning over 5 decades from 1973. He was also elected to be the Central Council Member of ICAI during 1985-1995 and was a past president of the FTAPCCI and AP Tax Bar Association. The prestigious Coffee Table Book - Jewels of Rajasthan has covered him amongst the 102 influential people from Rajasthan. He has graciously accepted to be the Principal advisor and benefit the team of LnCo with his expertise and experience. He is also Director in Babuji Estates Private Limited, NSL Textiles Limited.

Sri Harishchandra Prasad is a Non-executive Non Independent Director of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd. He joined the Board of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd in 1994. He did MBA and MS. He is the Managing Director of Lakshmi Finance & Industrial Corporation Limited. He is also a Director in several other public companies.

Smt. Dhanalakshmi Guntaka is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in the field. She is currently a Partner at D A Y & Associates, where she specializes in a wide range of auditing services. Her expertise lies in Audit Planning and the execution of audits for companies in the Retail and Manufacturing sectors. Additionally, she handles Concurrent and Statutory Audits of Banks and Stock Audits, showcasing her versatility in the financial domain. Beyond her auditing career, Smt. Dhanalakshmi also serves as an Independent Director for three prominent companies: Sigachi Industries Ltd, Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Ltd, and Trimax Bio Sciences Private Limited.

Sri B Lakshminarayana is a Non-executive Independent Director of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd. He started career with Corporation Bank as officer in the year 1977, worked in different branches and Head of two important zones of the Bank (Greater Mumbai and Hyderabad Zones), Head of inspection & audit, chief compliance officer, Head of integrated treasury, Head of planning & development, Head of branch expansion and General Bank administration. He was Secretary to the Board of Directors and Head of Investor Relations department of Corporation Bank, handling private placement of equity to the extent of 27% to LIC of India. He handled training classes in banking and investments at banking training colleges and ICFAI University. He was CEO & CFO of Meliora Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd, which deals with stressed assets of banks and was one of the 28 ARCs in the country.
