Over 18 years of experience in equity research and capital markets. Prior to founding Boring AMC, he served as a Fund Manager at an Asset Management Company. Earlier in his career, he was the Corporate Editor and Head of Research at CNBC-TV18, where he developed a deep understanding of businesses across sectors and market cycles. He holds an MSc in Finance and an MBA (Finance). Based in Mumbai for over 15 years, Varinder has built his investment philosophy through continuous engagement with entrepreneurs, management teams, and market participants across the spectrum, many of whom remain trusted mentors.

Himanshu has two decades of experience in Investment Research and Asset Management across asset classes. He has been with Asas Capital since its inception managing proprietary equity investments and has executed numerous private equity transactions. He currently heads the Investment team focused on cutting edge value creation strategies.

Rakesh Roy has 11+ years of experience on the buy-side and sell-side. He began his career at a buy-side firm in Chennai, then joined a Mumbai-based PMS firm before moving to institutional equity research. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Chennai and a degree from Delhi University.

Saloni Jain is the Compliance Officer at Boring AMC and the SEBI-registered contact person for the fund. She has 6+ years of experience in compliance across corporate secretarial, SEBI intermediary (RA, IA, AIF) regulations. She is an Associate Member of ICSI, holds a BBA from JNVU University, and an LLB from Mumbai University.

Rikin Shah has 5+ years of experience in the investment industry including as an analyst at a VC firm focused on agri-tech. He holds a B.Com (Accounting & Finance) from Jai Hind College and is a CFA Charterholder.
