Interpreting, Analyzing, Evaluating it Right
Brescon Opportunities Fund (IN/AIF2/18-19/0643) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered in March 2019, managed by Brescon Advisors Private Limited — the investment management arm of the Brescon Group. Brescon is the Mumbai-based single-family office of Nirmal Gangwal, a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Lawyer who is a pioneer in India's special situation advisory space. Over three decades, Brescon built its reputation through financial restructuring and turnaround advisory — playing a key role in India's first Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) case and advising on multiple Gujarat state enterprise restructurings. Having successfully managed special situation advisory through Brescon Corporate Advisors, Nirmal Gangwal now applies this deep expertise to managing proprietary capital through the family office, investing across listed equities, private equity, real estate, structured credit, and international markets. The fund is headquartered at 85, 8th Floor, 3 North Avenue, Maker Maxity, BKC, Mumbai.
