Her expertise covers a broad spectrum, from early-stage equity and debt to SME listings and pre-IPO transactions. She has successfully executed and managed 25+ portfolios. An angel investor and NISM-certified AIF Fund Manager, Harshika holds a master's degree in Securities Management from NISM and a background in Industrial Engineering. Her strong grasp of both traditional and alternative investments brings valuable strategic insight to the BYT Capital investment team.

Amit brings over 23 years of diverse experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and early-stage investing. He has backed more than 30 startups and actively advises several founders across sectors. His multidisciplinary background gives him unique insight into building and scaling deep-tech ventures - bridging technical depth with commercial viability. With formal education from Columbia Business School, ISB, IIM and NIFT, reflecting his strong foundation across business, technology, and design. Beyond the world of startups, Amit is also a passionate wildlife photographer, finding inspiration in nature's complexity and precision, much like in frontier innovation.

A medical doctor by education and an entrepreneur at heart, Dr. Dinesh brings over a decade of experience in early-stage investing as the Co-founder of Faad Network. With a robust operational background from his time at HPCL, IOCL, and GVK, he has successfully executed 100+ deals across diverse sectors. He is also a NISM-certified AIF Fund Manager, combining regulatory expertise with hands-on investment experience.

Vaishnavi is a computer science engineer with cross-sector experience in applying technology and data-driven innovation to solve real-world problems. Her career spans roles at JSW, Zomato, and the Office of a Member of Parliament, where she worked at the intersection of technology, policy, and execution. At Villgro, she partnered with early-stage founders to mobilise capital and scale frontier technologies across sectors such as energy, health, and agriculture. At BYT Capital, Vaishnavi brings a strong blend of technical rigour, diligence depth, and ecosystem understanding to the investment team, bridging engineering insight with venture decision-making in India's emerging deep-tech landscape.
