Mr. Sunil Manocha is the Founder Director and CEO of CapitalSquare Group. He is responsible for the strategic direction and positioning of the Group. He is also working closely with the financial community and CapitalSquare Group's clients for achieving successful completion in major transactions. He is a first generation entrepreneur and a successful investment banker who has maneuvered a couple of accolade winning deals. He has more than 35 years of industry experience. He held senior positions at Karvy Investor Services Ltd., UTI Securities, UTI Bank, UTI MF and also worked as financial advisor to Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has spearheaded a team of finance professionals at Karvy, UTISEL & UTI Bank in the equity and debt domain. He was also empanelled as transaction & financial advisor for Implementation Secretariat, Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP).

She is the Principal officer of the Insurance division of the CapitalSquare group and has over 15 years of experience. She has provided risk solutions to various category of clients based on their risk assessment and analysis. She also manages the day to day operations and handles all management, accounting and reporting functions of the division. Prior to CapitalSquare she has worked with Companies like Laxmi Vilas Bank, Vibgyor School and Sai Siddharth School. She is post graduate in English (Hons) and has cleared her Insurance Broker Exam.

An associate member of ICAI with over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, primarily in Debt fund raising, Project Finance, Trade Finance, Structure Finance & ECBs. Prior to CapitalSquare he has worked with Ladderup Corporate Advisory Private and Resurgent India Limited.

Mr. Chander Prakash has more than 35 years of experience in Banking & Mutual Fund Operations, Treasury & Fund Management, Wealth Management & Financial Services, Investment Banking and Advisory Services. He has worked in various departments at different management levels with State Bank of Patiala, UTI Institute of Capital Markets, UTI Mutual Fund, UTI Investor Services Ltd and Investment Banking Companies. Currently he is heading Business Development and Placement Team in CapitalSquare. He is responsible for identifying prospective clients across different sectors on all India basis looking for fund raising through different financial & structured products and placement of deals with lenders and investors.
