Rishab Siroya serves as an Executive Director in the Investments Team, bringing over 14 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance, with a strong focus on investments in the consumer and business services sectors. In his role, Rishab works closely with portfolio companies as a board director and observer, collaborating with leadership teams to drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. He plays a pivotal role in leading investments, actively managing portfolio companies, driving exits, and spearheading both valuation processes and HR initiatives at the Fund. Earlier in his career, he built expertise in investment analysis, portfolio valuations, and M&A advisory while working with Grant Thornton, gaining cross-sector exposure to various industries. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Rishab combines rigorous financial expertise with a hands-on, partnership-driven approach to supporting businesses in achieving their growth ambitions.

Saurabh Pandey is a dynamic business leader with over 16 years of experience, having driven strategy and operations across health tech, mobility, and ed-tech sectors. Known for his expertise in building businesses from the grounds up, he excels in creating scalable operations and fostering sustainable growth. As a core member of the leadership team at Tata 1mg, Saurabh played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the e-pharmacy and hospitals business, achieving profitability while delivering exceptional value to customers. Saurabh holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor's degree from Hindu College, Delhi University.

Kabir Malhotra has over eleven years of experience in private equity funding and investment banking, specializing in sectors such as financial services, FMCG, F&B, Healthcare, and Technology. He was previously with Polymath Advisors, where he led the early-stage investment banking team, crafting strategies and solutions for high-growth businesses. Kabir is a graduate of Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai, with a Bachelor of Management Studies.

Tejas Gupte has nine years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and capital advisory, with a focus on consumer brands, retail, services, healthcare, EV, manufacturing and outsourced business/managed services. His competence also extends to advisory roles in international and domestic taxation and compliance services. At Carpediem, Tejas supports deal sourcing, evaluation and monitoring portfolio companies. Tejas is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.

Aditya has over nine years of experience across multiple sectors in the banking, financial services, and insurance space with a specialisation in the private equity domain. He previously worked in the private equity deals, direct taxation, and regulatory advisory practices at PwC India and KPMG India, gaining deep insight into the industry. At Carpediem, Aditya heads the Finance & Compliance function and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, regulatory adherence and governance work. Aditya is a Chartered Accountant and has graduated from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Hitesh has six years of experience in investment analysis and entrepreneurship and is currently part of the Carpediem Investments Team. He previously founded and led The Abstract Portfolio, a subscription-based platform providing investable insights and recommendations on technology stocks for a global clientele. Previously, he worked at TresVista Financial Services, where he analyzed high-growth innovation stocks for a US-based hedge fund. At Carpediem Capital, Hitesh is involved in across the investment lifecycle from deal sourcing, evaluation, deal execution, and portfolio management. Hitesh holds an M.Sc. in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Aditya holds over 3 years of experience across private equity and equity research across industries like retail, financial services, circular economy and business services. At Carpediem, he is actively involved with investment evaluation, transaction execution, portfolio management and supporting the ESG and Impact initiatives of the fund. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with honours) from Delhi University and has also completed all levels of the CFA program.

Surendra Vaishnav brings over three years of specialized experience in Statutory Audit, with a focus on Private Equity Funds, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Foreign Banks, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Prior to joining Carpediem, Surendra worked with Grant Thornton India as a Statutory Audit Consultant, where he served a diverse portfolio of financial services clients. At Carpediem, Surendra holds the position of Manager, Finance & Compliance, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening governance frameworks. Surendra is a Chartered Accountant and has graduated from DAVV University, Indore with a Bachelor of Commerce (Taxation) degree.

Priyanka Vaswani brings expertise in portfolio management and strategic investment operations, backed by experience in both wealth management and investment banking. During her time at Franklin Templeton, she developed an algorithm to automatically rebalance portfolios based on asset class drift, enhancing portfolio efficiency and alignment with target allocations. At BitOoda, a U.S. based boutique investment firm, she provided bespoke financial modeling, valuation and transaction analysis to firms in the technology and decentralized computing sector. Priyanka holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Risk Engineering from New York University's Tandon School of Engineering.

Richa Patel brings over four years of expertise in compliance, legal, and secretarial functions for both listed and unlisted companies. Her strength lies in navigating regulatory frameworks and ensuring organizational adherence to compliance standards. Richa is a qualified Company Secretary and a law graduate (LLB), with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from N.L. College, Mumbai.

Rupali combines over three years of statutory audit experience, working across industries like aroma chemical, micro irrigation, BPO, warehousing and logistics sectors. At Carpediem, she evaluates investment opportunities, supports deal execution, and works closely with a portfolio company in the business services sector. She is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank of 21 in CA Final and an All India Rank of 29 in CA Inter. She has cleared CFA Level 1 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics.

Anushka Mehrotra has around 1.5 years of experience across private equity, business development, and social impact consulting. At Carpediem she has actively been involved with investment sourcing and evaluation and supports investor relations and fund raising efforts focused on domestic and global institutions. Prior to Carpediem, Anushka co-founded and served as President of 180 Degrees Consulting at her university, building and leading teams to deliver strategic solutions for non-profits and social enterprises. She also held business development roles at two start-ups, where she drove market expansion and strategic partnerships. Anushka holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Economics from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and is currently pursuing her CFA.

Prajyot Zanke has over 5 years of experience in accounting, compliance, budgeting and MIS reporting. He has successfully driven financial efficiency and regulatory alignment across service-based industries such as software, human resources, and business management. He blends analytical expertise with a practical approach to optimizing financial operations, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic decisions. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative mindset, he consistently contributes to improved financial performance and operational control. Prajyot holds a Master's in Accounting and Finance degree from Kedarnath Malhotra College of Commerce, Mumbai.

Shom Jagtiani brings over 19 years of expertise in investment banking and capital introductions, spanning both India and the US. He is the Founder & Director of Polymath Advisors, a corporate finance firm, where he has been at the forefront of delivering tailored financial solutions to clients. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than 50 transactions involving equity fundraising and debt arrangements. Shom also serves as a General Partner in a US-based healthcare fund called 108 BioCapital. Previously, he sharpened his skills at Centrum Capital and All America Finance, building a strong foundation in the financial industry. Shom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, USA, showcasing his robust background and global perspective in financial strategy.

Siddharth Bhavnani is a partner at Antares Legal, and an advisor to Carpediem and its affiliated funds. He is a seasoned lawyer with two decades of expertise in corporate and commercial laws.

Vinod Sawhny is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in building and scaling businesses across telecommunications, retail, and consumer durables. His diverse expertise and strategic insights have been pivotal in driving success for some of India's most prominent organizations. He now shares his learnings with early stage startups providing handholding, guidance and the occasional push to catalyse their businesses towards scale and productivity. Vinod spent over a decade with the Bharti Group in key leadership roles, including Member of the Bharti Airtel Management Board, Joint President, Airtel Enterprises, and CEO, Airtel Mobility. Vinod was the Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Communications. He also served as Managing Director of Spice Communications and contributed significantly during his 16 years with Godrej GE Appliances. Vinod holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a B.E. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

Giri is a global finance leader with a strong focus on business and finance transformations, and governance. He has built an international career spanning Europe and Asia across diverse sectors including hospitality, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, retail, and financial services, with leading organizations such as Indian Hotels, Diageo Plc, Merck & Co., and ITC, among others. In his most recent role, Giri served as Executive Vice President, Finance at Indian Hotels, where he played a key role in driving significant financial and business transformation. He currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Amagi. Giri is also the Co-Founder of Crossmentors, a platform dedicated to mentoring CXOs, and a founding member of The CFO Board, India's apex CFO forum focused on policy advocacy. He is passionate about embedding ESG as a core strategic priority within organizations. Giri has served as Co-Chair of the FICCI CFO Committee and as a member of both the CII CFO Committee and the CII Sustainability Committee. An active angel investor and limited partner in several early-stage VC funds, he is also a Charter Member of TiE. Giri has received multiple industry accolades and was inducted into the CFO Hall of Fame by CFO India magazine. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
