Overview

About Cerestra Advisors

Cerestra builds integrated ecosystems where high-quality real assets meet enabling services. One investment manager, four specialist platforms, a decadal record. The four platforms are Education infrastructure, Life sciences real estate, Healthcare real estate and Living solutions. The firm is an initiative of JV Ventures and operates from Hyderabad and Dubai.

Investment philosophy

GRIDS transform fragmented, high-growth corridors into integrated ecosystems powered by education, life sciences, healthcare, managed living and community infrastructure. Distinct sectors, shared discipline. Each platform links to its own operating website. Campuses are leased to leading operators on long, indexed master leases. Founder-led. Ideation-to-Execution Driven. Two career real-estate private-equity professionals lead the firm. Each platform is run by a specialist who built it from the inside.
