Overview

About Change Wealth

Change Wealth (IN/AIF2/25-26/1949) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered November 2025, managed by Change Wealth Private Limited — the operating entity behind India's first digital AIF distribution and investment platform for private equity funds. Founded by childhood friends Aayush Shah and Param Agrawal, Change Wealth's platform curates and distributes access to India's top private equity and AIF funds to HNI and affluent investors, starting at a minimum investment of INR 25 lakhs — well below the standard INR 1 crore AIF threshold via SEBI's facilitated co-investment route. The platform is backed by mentors Mukul Agrawal, Tuygan Teoman, and Ashwini Agarwal, with endorsements from Sunil Singhania (Abakkus Asset Manager), Neha Singh (Co-founder & CEO, Tracxn), Pranay Parekh (Founder, EUME), and Mayank Agrawal (Founder, Saint Capital). Service providers include Orbis Financial Corporation Limited (Custodian, RTA, Fund Accountant & Trustee), MPlus Advisors (Fund Lawyers), and Prashant Mittal CA (Auditor). The SEBI-registered address is S-207, Link Way Estate, New Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai – 400054.

Investment philosophy

Change Wealth's investment philosophy is built on democratising access to institutional-grade private equity for India's growing affluent class — a segment historically excluded from top PE funds by high minimums and complex processes. The platform follows a 'Private Equity bhi Sahi Hai' thesis (a riff on 'Mutual Fund Sahi Hai'): curating and enabling co-investment in top-performing, SEBI-regulated AIF funds with a digital-first, transparent experience. Investors have historically earned 24%+ per year from PE funds (per CRISIL data); Change Wealth aims to make those returns accessible at lower ticket sizes. The fund co-invests alongside investors in every fund, ensuring full alignment of interest.
