About Coinmen Capital

Founded in 2013, Coinmen Capital Advisors is a team of financial advisors, debt syndication experts, and banking experts, whose experience across a multitude of industries and sectors has seen them establish the firm's credentials in various avenues of corporate finance. The team has developed a niche catalogue of services, which includes debt syndication, structured finance, trade finance and distressed asset advisory with over 100 successful transactions for its clients, and still counting.

Investment philosophy

The firm never promised to deliver the impossible; neither to itself, nor to its clients. A focused, clear, and value-oriented approach towards whatever the firm does has led it to create its own milestones along the way and has helped it build invaluable relationships with those who've worked with it. Regardless of the type of transaction involved, the firm's unwavering approach to create long-term value for its clients has taken it from strength to strength and helped it develop a modus operandi which focuses on quality over quantity and transparency over shortcuts. Long-term and short-term financial strategy: knowledge of lenders' key offerings and understanding of their long/short-term alignment with client needs. Devising financially prudent structures: customized solutions with efficient terms, pricing and collateral. Achieving optimal transaction costs: structuring transactions in a way which allows the business to re-position and grow. Undertaking due diligence: strong in-house credit appraisal and due diligence abilities owed to an experienced team. Bringing in credible borrowers: clean and credible reputation with nil default track record till date.
