CONCEPT Investwell Private Limited is part of CONCEPT Group, which was established in Year 1995 to serve for Investment and Capital Market related Services. CONCEPT Investwell Private Limited has received its separate identity in year 2018 to focus on Non-Secondary Market Services like Portfolio Management Services, Mutual Fund, and Investment Advisory for all categories of clients including NRIs. The firm has built a research team of CAs, CFAs, MBAs and Engineers led by a Fund Manager with more than 17 years of experience, to provide quality research and efficient investment services. The firm is a specialist in advising based on investor risk profile and requirements for investment.

Investment philosophy

The firm believes in making returns for its investors by investing in good quality companies and staying with them for a long period of time. The firm's investment philosophy has four legs to it. External Opportunities: It means demand/potential demand for the products/services of the company in the industry. Business: It should be a scalable business having an Economic Moat (Competitive Advantage) with good profitability and return ratios. Management: It means a competent as well as ethical management. Valuation: A good business should be available at reasonable price and should be bought accordingly. If the above three criteria fit in but the valuations are high then the firm would not buy the stock. Stock picking is made after proper reference to fundamentals. All investment decisions are vetted by expert Investment Committee. There would be a cap on maximum number of stocks which can be held in a fund. Single scrip allocation would not exceed certain percentage. Also, sector allocation shall also have some cap.

Academically, he has done his Graduation in Economics and Post-graduation in Business Management with specialization Finance. These qualifications are combined with the long rich experience of 50+ years in Banking, Management Consultancy, Real Estate and more than 27 years in Capital Market. Mr. Hemant Desai is the fund manager of our "AI Dynamic" PMS plan. He has attended numbers of academic programmes including Global Advanced Management Development programme of ISB – Kellogg. He has served on Boards of ANMI, BSE Brokers Forum and is Managing Committee member of Chamber of Commerce for over 34 years. He is Founder Trustee of Shree Goverdhan Trust.

Sagar is currently serving as the Executive Director at Concept, where he oversees AI Dynamic Plan, Company's Strategic Initiatives, and Operations. Sagar holds bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Sagar is also CFA charter holder and CIPM charter holder. With over 15 years of experience in Finance and IT, he has worked with several multinational corporations including investment banks, and leading consulting firms and has served many global asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms.
