In his previous stint he was part of Quant division at Capitalmind, working with fund managers building alpha models in factor investing. Sam Ghosh is the Founder and Chairman of Cosmea Financial Holdings, the parent group of Cosmea Investment Management. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a Mechanical Engineer from London University. He founded the Cosmea Group (which also operates under the 'Torus' brand) with the aim of providing all financial services under a single roof. He has led Cosmea's expansion across capital markets, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, and insurance, and guided the group toward SEBI approval for a mutual fund in January 2025.

Nadia Daredia is the SEBI-designated contact person for the Cosmea Quantamental Cat III AIF Master Trust, handling AIF compliance and regulatory matters at Cosmea Investment Management Private Limited.

Held CXO-level roles at Allianz Australia, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Reliance Capital Ltd. Founded the Cosmea Group (operating under the 'Torus' brand) to provide integrated financial services under one roof. FCA (ICAEW) and Mechanical Engineer from London University.

20+ years of work experience covering Financial services, Capital Markets and Exchanges. He has previously worked with ICICI Securities, Edelweiss, HDFC Sec, Techno Shares and MCX. In his decade long association with ICICI Securities, he was part of PMS & Advisory team managing AUM of ~ INR 500 crs. He is Commerce Graduate and holds Post Graduation in Mass communication from Mumbai University.

Over 2 decades of experience in financial services in India and Asia-Pacific region across Investment Management, Wealth Management, NBFCs and Fintech. Previously, CEO of Mirae Asset India - he launched and established their Mutual Fund organization from inception. Head of Asia Pacific Business for Mirae Asset Global. Associated with Fidelity International and covered key markets in the Asia Pacific Region (ex-India) and comprising of Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and Singapore. Senior leadership roles across leading domestic organizations including Tata and AV Birla Group. Also, Board member of multiple Reputed Corporates.
