Chaitanya is the Founder of Courser Park Advisors LLP, a SEBI registered portfolio management firm. Prior to this, he founded RW Investment Advisors LLP, a SEBI registered investment advisory firm. He is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Madras and holds an MBA from Indian School of Business. He is extremely passionate about public market investing and applied-tech in improving investing outcomes. He has nearly 20 years of experience in capital markets including investing in public and private markets. Prior to starting RW, his last role was as VP managing $ 300 MM at Argonaut Private Equity; a diversified global private equity fund with more than $6 bn AUM. He built Pivotapp, an algorithmic investing tool that combines formulaic investing with momentum and helped in building algorithms to automate investing in mutual funds. His previous positions include working as an Investment Banker at Lazard and was an Equity research Analyst at Irevna (CRISIL).

Mohit, a Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience, has been actively involved in the Financial Services domain in diverse areas like investments, financial planning, portfolio management, stock broking, mutual funds etc. He has been a ranker in CA course (15th rank in Final, 3rd in PCC) and has actively trained over 300 student interns from various colleges under him. He handles client relationships aside from lending research support to the team. He has been instrumental in assisting a lot of clients in improving their financial well-being, achieving life's goals and taking them through the path of wealth creation and wealth preservation. He has also been an advocate for financial independence and has actively conducted various sessions across the country on the importance of Savings, Insurances and Investments. He is an avid reader and loves to communicate.

Bismith is the Head of Research at Courser Park Advisors. At the firm, his role is to understand companies without any bias for sectors and sizes. He is responsible for understanding portfolio companies deeply through both primary and secondary research. Previously he was an Associate with Tech Mahindra, where he had researched upon private equity, venture capital and M&A deals across industries and geographies. He has a Master of Commerce from Ness Wadia College of Commerce and a university rank holder in bachelors and masters as well as CS. He enjoys discussions on technology, behavior, literature and history and is an avid Counter Strike fan.
