Daksfirst Limited is a UK private investment firm operating as an Appointed Representative of Maystone Capital Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Capital is deployed across three regulated fund vehicles, four UK and India lending platforms, and direct co-investment alongside the group.

Sumit brings expertise in capital markets, with coverage extending to Europe and the Middle East. He has over 14 years of experience in structured credit, derivatives, corporate finance, and asset management, with a focus on emerging markets and accompanied by a broad institutional network. He has worked at JP Morgan and a boutique PE firm on the buy side in London. Additionally, he is an investor in Daksfirst and serves as Co-CEO of Maystone Capital, a UK-focused merchant bank. Sumit holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from IIT Bombay, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and certifications in CFA and FRM.

Kartik started his career in management consulting in North America and Europe, serving a diverse corporate client base for 8 years. In the last decade, he has focused on the asset management business for South Asia at Barclays Investment Management and at Crossbridge Capital, a London-based asset management firm. Currently, he runs Maystone Capital as a Co-CEO alongside Sumit, covering clients in Developed markets. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MS in Applied Mathematics, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. He joined Daksfirst in 2021 and has worked on various deals in the infrastructure space. Previously, he worked with EY and PWC, where he led audits for various large NBFCs, MFIs, and stock exchanges. He also led a team of 20 people and collaborated with international teams in India and the USA.
