Founder of Darashaw & Company and a pioneer of the Indian debt market. Instrumental in introducing princely states to Indian capital markets and appointed as one of the first resource mobilisers and brokers in government securities by the Reserve Bank of India in 1938.

Chartered Accountant who assumed leadership in 1971 and became Sole Proprietor of Darashaw & Co.
