DSP Alternative Investment Fund – Category II is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF2/25-26/2063), registered in February 2026 and managed by DSP Investment Managers Private Limited (CIN: U65990MH1997PTC107159) — one of India's most respected asset management companies with over 25 years of investment management expertise. DSP Investment Managers is headquartered at The Ruby, 29, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar West, Mumbai 400028. The firm manages approximately ₹1.58 lakh crore (USD ~19 billion) in AUM across mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment vehicles. The Category II AIF is DSP's latest regulated vehicle, broadening its offering beyond mutual funds and PMS to institutional and HNI investors seeking alternative credit and equity strategies. The fund shares the same investment manager as the legacy DSP Blackrock Alternative Investment Fund Category III (registered 2013), now rebranded post the dissolution of the DSP-BlackRock partnership in 2018.
