About Eaglewings Ventures

Early-stage cheques into founders rebuilding established Indian industries, across deep tech, logistics and supply chain, enterprise tech and consumption. A concentrated, operator-led strategy in the part of the Indian economy that is largest and least contested. Eaglewings Ventures works with founders from the first cheque, and the firm is a SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund.

Investment philosophy

Operator-first involvement from the first cheque. The work that moves valuation happens in the first year, not the fourth. Risk is mapped before the first cheque. Defensible entry prices, disciplined cheque sizing and follow-on reserves are planned up front, so positions can be worked through cycles. The thesis: an established industry. Decades old, fragmented, profitable. Demand already exists. Customers already paying. A founder rebuilds inside it. Modern product, same buyers. Once capital is in, the firm works alongside the founders on the priorities that move the company forward. In week 1, the firm agrees the operating priorities and measures that matter for the next four quarters.
