Sector Landscape: market size and structure, position in the value chain, growth drivers and cyclicality. Business Quality: product mix, competitive strength, management pedigree and financial reporting quality. Catalysts & Timing: near-term earnings triggers and sectoral tailwinds. Valuation Discipline: a business-appropriate valuation framework incorporating different scenarios, and peer benchmarking. A position is exited on: adverse change in fundamentals, structural hit to growth or margins; a red flag hit in the risk management process; or a better stock, per portfolio needs, is discovered.
