Commercial Rental Yield Trust is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF2/22-23/1225), managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited (formerly Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited; CIN: U67190MH2008PLC182205). It is the trust vehicle under which the 'Rental Yield Plus' (RYP) fund scheme operates — EAAA's commercial real estate equity strategy focused on acquiring high-quality Grade A/A+ office assets across India's key office micro-markets. As of early 2025, the RYP fund has deployed over ₹2,500 crore across 1.8 million sq. ft. of office assets in Bengaluru and Gurugram, including the acquisition of MMTP Projects (Manyata Tech Park) for ₹1,500 crore. EAAA India Alternatives is one of India's largest alternative investment platforms with approximately ₹65,000 crore in AUM, spanning private credit and real assets strategies, backed by global pension funds, insurance companies, endowment funds, UHNIs, and family offices.

Amit Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2017. He is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of investment and creating exit strategies in several assets under Private Credit business vertical and has also been instrumental in fund raising efforts for funds in our Company. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Lucknow. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited and certain of our Promoter Group entities.

Subahoo Chordia is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since June 1, 2017. He is responsible for product innovation, fundraising including deepening relationships with both domestic and global institutional investors and overall growth & management of real assets business vertical of our Company. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with IDBI Bank Limited, and Axis Bank Limited (erstwhile UTI Bank Limited) and Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, one of the Promoters of our Company.

Deepak Mukhija is the SEBI-designated contact person for the Commercial Rental Yield Trust and Head of Compliance & Secretarial at EAAA India Alternatives. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial and business compliances, with 14 years specifically in alternative investments. He joined Edelweiss in September 2018. Previously he was Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Nippon Life India AMC, and spent 9 years at Kotak Private Equity. He holds a Company Secretary qualification and LLB from Mumbai University.
