Sateesh Andra
Managing Partner
Sateesh Andra is a technology enthusiast and venture capitalist who has a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed. He brings over two decades of experience in investing, co-founding, leadership, and engineering in the US and India. Sateesh has led investments in and currently serves on the boards of several companies such as Darwinbox, Kissht, Qapita, Scrut Automation, and Zluri. His previous investments include Seclore, Little Eye Labs (acquired by Facebook), and mGinger (acquired by Twilio). Prior to founding Endiya, Sateesh was a Partner at Ventureast and DFJ. Before venturing into investing, Sateesh was the Founder & CEO of Euclid (Synnex), a Silicon Valley-based start-up in the IT management software space. He was instrumental in raising over $35 million in venture capital and managing key customers and partners. He has also held product marketing and engineering leadership roles at Tsqware (Synaptics), LSI Logic (Broadcom), and VLSI Technology (NXP). Apart from his work at Endiya, Sateesh is involved with the Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy, where he promotes sports and raises awareness of chronic diseases. Sateesh was a top-ranked table tennis player, representing Andhra Pradesh in the nationals. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Ramesh Byrapaneni

Dr. Ramesh Byrapaneni is a cardiologist and entrepreneur, turned venture capitalist with a passion to be part of India's healthcare innovation story and create businesses that positively impact lives. He has spearheaded the firm's investments in SigTuple, Eyestem, Sugar.Fit, Karkinos Healthcare, and AquaExchange, among others. His past investments include Nephroplus, OneBreath, and SmartRx among others. Dr. Ramesh started one of India's first private hospitals in the late 1980s, a 350-bed multispecialty hospital at a time when private healthcare was almost non-existent in the country. He pursued clinical work for nearly three decades. He is part of the National Startup Advisory Council (NSAC) and has been a Founding Director of the Hyderabad Angels. Outside of work, Dr. Ramesh continues to be involved with the Hyderabad 10K Run Foundation, which he also helped found. Dr. Ramesh holds a postgraduate degree (MD) in internal medicine and postdoctoral fellowship (DM) in cardiology from PGI, Chandigarh. He also pursued a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology from the University of Alabama, Birmingham, USA.

Dr. Vedha Sampathkumar

Dr. Vedha Sampathkumar is a healthcare and life sciences professional turned VC with a passion for nurturing healthcare innovation in India. Prior to Endiya, she held leadership positions in management consulting firms like Deloitte as well as healthcare startups. Her notable roles include Chief of Staff at Sai Lifesciences, where she led digital transformation strategies, and VP Strategy at NephroPlus, where she spearheaded significant acquisitions, international expansion and fundraising efforts. Most recently, as Head of Strategy and Operations at Providence India, she helped build a new business at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Dr. Vedha trained in medicine at JIPMER, Pondicherry, and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Her education and experience have provided her with a unique blend of clinical insight and business acumen.
Abhiram Katta

Abhiram is driven by his passion for building sustainable businesses and guiding pathbreaking entrepreneurs. With a background spanning startup, industry, management consulting, private equity, and audit teams, he brings diverse experience to his role at Endiya, where he focuses on fund strategy, operations / compliance and select investments. He has led Endiya's current investments in Grip Invest and Expertia. Before joining Endiya Partners, Abhiram was instrumental in shaping the business team at MySmartPrice.com, where he developed revenue channels and launched new initiatives. Prior to entering the startup world, he led strategic transformation initiatives at HSBC and advised leading technology, retail, and consumer goods companies as a management consultant at Kearney. He also brings on board his past experience with Wipro and Temasek Holdings. Committed to social impact, Abhiram has been a Founding Board Member of Chitrika, a non-profit organization championing self-managed and self-sustaining artisan institutions. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Raghav Gupta

Raghav brings a diverse set of experiences from startup, big tech, and government to the team. His commitment lies in building globally competitive startups out of India. His primary focus at Endiya is on investments in enterprise tech and deep tech. Before joining Endiya, Raghav was responsible for electronics investments and policy at Invest India, the National Investment Promotion Agency. During his time there, he played a key role in architecting national programs like the Production Linked Incentives and National Programme for Semiconductors, as well as being responsible for the national investment pipeline. Before his role at Invest India, Raghav was part of the founding team at Plumage, India's only display ODM, where he continues to serve as an advisor to the board. He also worked as a hardware engineer on the Snapdragon Datacenter Platform at Qualcomm. Raghav holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Medha Kannapally

Medha is passionate about building sustainable, market-leading technology startups with global impact. Her primary focus at Endiya is on SaaS and Deep Tech investments. Before joining Endiya, Medha worked as a Private Equity Associate at Funston Capital, a San Francisco-based search fund, where she evaluated strategic opportunities in the US Healthcare market. Her career includes stints at Microsoft, where she worked on new product concepts for the HoloLens AR/VR headset, and at Apple, where she worked as a strategic ops manager to increase ODM efficiencies in India. Previously she worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at Intel, focused on compute and graphic SoCs, with proven success in silicon. Medha holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and Rice University as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Business School.
Archit Vadali

At Endiya, Archit focuses on SaaS and Deeptech investments, and comes with experience across investing, management consulting, and project planning. Prior to his role at Endiya Partners, Archit was part of the investing team at Hyderabad Angels. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in engineering management from Aston University.

Bavatarak's passion lies in building products for global impact. Prior to joining Endiya, Bavatarak's career spanned entrepreneurship and investing. Whilst investing in public markets, he started a food-tech venture that engineered the first micronutrient-fortified batter in the Indian market. His brief stint at Forward Slash Capital allowed him to work at the intersection of early-stage entrepreneurship and investing. Bavatarak holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Trichy. He also has a graduate degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge.

Anvesh Ramineni is a seasoned investor with over 18 years of experience spanning venture capital and investment banking across Asia and Europe. He is passionate about supporting dedicated Founders who are reimagining how the world works and helping them build companies that last. Before joining Endiya, Anvesh was Managing Partner at MassMutual Ventures, where he co-led a $450M AUM fund focused on early and growth-stage investments in APAC and Europe. His portfolio included leading companies across enterprise software, cybersecurity, health-tech and fintech including Biofourmis, Scrut, Zluri, CloudSek, Sugar.fit, Turbine and Edufund. Prior to that, he was a founding member and Head of Investments at Openspace Ventures where he invested in companies like Gojek, Kredivo, Whispir and TradeGecko. He started his career at Citi in the TMT Investment Banking team, during which time he spent 8 years in Hong Kong and Mumbai on M&A and Financial Advisory with clients in the APAC region. Anvesh holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University and an MBA from T.A. Pai Management Institute.
