A tried, tested and trusted financial services industry professional, Ashish has around 30 years of experience in the capital markets. Over this period, he was Portfolio Manager & Head - Portfolio Management Services at Deutsche Asset Management, and VP & Portfolio Manager - Offshore Funds at Kotak Asset Management. He then moved to SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd as Head - Portfolio Management Services (International) & Senior Fund Manager. During his career, he successfully set up one of the largest offshore funds management businesses in India. He successfully launched and also managed several offshore funds based out of Luxembourg, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and USA. The offshore funds managed by him, won awards in Japan for their long-term performance. Ashish's knowledge and experience spans across equity research, stock broking, offshore funds, portfolio management and advisory services. His last assignment was with Tata Asset Management as Head - Strategy and International Business. Ashish turned entrepreneur on September 2, 2019 and started EquiPoise Capital Management Pvt Ltd with a focus on investment advisory and offshore advisory services. Having set up EquiPoise, Ashish keeps a hawk-eyed watch on companies and the capital markets, while encouraging investors to connect directly with him. He shares a robust rapport with all his investors and personally concentrates on taking care of their financial well-being.

Ms. Mayekar is an experienced Chartered Accountant and was a practicing Chartered Secretary. She has expertise in Income Tax Matters, Company Law, Secretarial Practice and Inspection of Mutual Funds. She was Chairperson, FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO). She has been advisor to United Phosphorus Group on Company Law matters since 1991. Ms. Mayekar is also Director on Uniphos Enterprises Ltd (United Phosphorus Group), FDC Ltd, Encode Advanced Dentistry Pvt Ltd and Prodigy Finvest Pvt Ltd. She has also been visiting faculty at several reputed management schools in India.

Ms. Panse has expertise in Quality Assurance, Internal Audits, Mutual Funds Inspection and large corporate Statutory Audits. She also has extensive experience in System Audits and was associated with A. Fergusons & Co.

Mr. Iyer is a veteran of banking, asset management and financial services industry, with nearly four decades of experience across investments, credit, and forex. He began his career with SBI in 1976 and went on to hold key leadership roles in India and abroad, including Chief Investment Officer at SBI Funds Management, CEO at Daiwa Asset Management (India), Chief Representative - South Asia for UniCredit S.p.a. and Director - BOB BNP Paribas Asset management India Private Limited.

Ms. Hendricks has expertise in finance and operation for more than 30 years. She was associated with ICICI Bank, Voltas Limited, Tata Quality Management Services and Tata Management Training Center. Apart from her qualification in finance and commerce, she also holds a Diploma in Montessori from AMI - Ratan Tata Institute, Mumbai.
