Mr Semlani is responsible for supporting core operations around finance, accounting and compliance at Evolvence India. Prior to Evolvence India, Mr Semlani worked in the fund accounting team of Basiz Fund Service Private Limited where he was responsible for PE fund accounting, auditing, NAV calculations and related investor queries. Mr Semlani has over 9 years of experience in PE, mutual fund accounting and NAV validation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Anoushka Bhatia is Vice President at Evolvence India, focused on investments.

Mr Naviwala is responsible for supporting the core operations of the Evolvence India platform including investments in both funds and co/directs and investor relations. Prior to Evolvence India, Mr Naviwala worked in the finance team of Mehta Associates where he assisted in conducting accounting, auditing operations and related financial services to clients. Mr Naviwala has over 6 years of experience in PE, fund operations, taxation and auditing in India. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce and is a CFA candidate having cleared Level I.

Ms. Srinidhi is responsible for supporting the core operations of the Evolvence India platform including investments in both funds and co/directs. Prior to Evolvence India, Srinidhi worked with Investec India in the Venture Advisory division for over 2 years advising early-stage companies across Consumer, SaaS and Fintech ecosystems. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's in Business Administration degree from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Agrata Gupta is a Senior Associate at Evolvence, where she focuses on the firm's investments in India. She brings with her 8 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. She joined Evolvence in 2024, after working as an Investment Professional at EQT, a late-stage buyout fund, and was focused on Tech Services and Pharma investments. Before EQT, Agrata was part of the investment team at Kotak Private Equity. She began her career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs and is an alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Mr. Sheth supports the core operations of the Evolvence Group, spanning investments across fund of funds and direct deals, in addition to investor relations. He assists in evaluating investment opportunities and preparing investment committee (IC) notes for both fund-of-fund and direct investments. Prior to Evolvence India, Mr. Sheth worked in the fund accounting team of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Sheth has over 5 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, taxation and auditing in India. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce, qualified Chartered Accountant ("ACA") from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, cleared company secretary exams from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has cleared all levels of CFA.

Mr. Makhija is part of the investments team and is responsible for supporting the core operations of the Evolvence Equity Partners. He assists in evaluating investment opportunities across fund of funds and direct deals, in addition to supporting investor relations. He joined Evolvence Equity Partners in 2025, prior to this, he worked in the Corporate Finance teams at Deloitte India and PwC India, focusing primarily on sell-side mandates in the Consumer and Technology sectors. He has close to 3 years of investment banking experience and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath, UK.

Mr. Agarwal joined Evolvence Equity Partners as an Analyst in the Investments team in 2026. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the team in the execution of transactions across the platform. Prior to joining Evolvence, he gained experience across the investment ecosystem through internships with Roots Ventures, Modulus Alternatives, and Evolvence, where he worked on sector research, investment theses, and live transaction opportunities. He holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from the IIT Bombay and has cleared CFA Level I.

Mr. Harwani is responsible for supporting finance and compliance operations at Evolvence Equity Partners. Prior to Evolvence Equity Partners, Mr. Harwani worked as Private Equity Senior Fund Accountant in Citco Shared Services Private Limited, where he was responsible for end to end accounting operations for Private equity funds, including NAV calculations, auditing and handling investor queries. Mr Harwani has over 3 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ms Pepito is responsible for supporting administrative operations at Evolvence India. Previously she worked in the admin team of Al Aswaq Foodstuff Trading, Insuphil Industrial Corporation and Cebu Steel Corporation. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences.

Mr. Franklin is the Chairman of Metin Mitchell & Company, leading independent executive search firm for Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East region. Prior to this, he worked for more than 14 years with The Olayan Group, where he last served as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Olayan in 2007 as Head of Investments and became the CEO in 2019. Mr. Franklin retired in April 2021 and he remains as a Member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Olayan Group. Mr. Franklin started his career with JP Morgan where he served for seventeen years and then joined Chase Manhattan Bank as Head of Investment Banking for oil and gas companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was also a Partner at Ernst and Young. Mr. Franklin holds a BA (Hons) degree in history from Cambridge University.

Dr. Singh is the Founder, President and CEO of Holtec International, established in 1986, a global turnkey supplier of equipment and services for the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, and Fossil Power Generation sectors of the energy and petrochemical industry focused on six continents i.e., North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. Dr. Singh is also a Professor at the University of South Florida's (USF) Institute for Advanced Discovery and Innovation. He is a widely published author in scientific journals (74 technical papers, one textbook and numerous symposia volumes) and a prolific inventor (170 patents granted in the US). Dr. Singh holds Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Bhalla is currently the executive director for India at the International Monetary Fund ("IMF"). Prior to his current role, he has worked as a proprietary trader/strategist/portfolio manager at the World Bank, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Oxus Investments. Since 1999, Dr. Bhalla has also been on the governing board of National Council of Applied Economic Research. He was also appointed as a member of the newly formed Economic Advisory Council to the second Modi ministry. He obtained his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1969, his M.P.A. in 1972 from the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University in 1976.

Mr Kumar is the Chairman of Values Group, a boutique private equity ("PE") and M&A advisory firm focused on small and medium sized companies. Prior to his current role, he was the CEO of the Emirates NBD Group, where he spent 25 years in various senior leadership positions. He also established Emirates Merchant Bank Limited and Emirates Financial Services. He is on the board of several companies including ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd and Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company and is the Non-Executive Chairman of Federal Bank Limited. Mr Kumar was also the founder of the Indian Business & Professional Council and has been the recipient of several accolades, including the "Hind Rattan" (Jewel of India) award on 25 January 2012. Mr Kumar graduated from the University of Bombay with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 1971. He also completed post-graduate programmes conducted jointly by Stanford University and the London School of Business as well as an Advanced Management Programme at Columbia Business School.

Mr Das was the CEO of Procter & Gamble India and later the managing director of Procter & Gamble Worldwide (Strategic Planning). Prior to Proctor & Gamble, he was the chairman and managing director of Richardson Hindustan Limited. Mr Das currently serves on many boards (including Walmart's) and is a regular speaker to the top managements of the world's largest corporations. Mr Das graduated with Honours from Harvard University and later attended Harvard Business School.
