Rahul Goswami is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Managing Director at Franklin Templeton, Fixed Income in India. In this role, Rahul oversees the fixed income functions of the locally managed and distributed debt schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. Rahul was previously the CIO of fixed income at ICICI Prudential Asset Management (I-Pru) and a key contributor to the success of I-Pru's fixed income funds in India. Prior to I-Pru, he was a member of the Franklin Templeton India Fixed Income team, serving as portfolio manager from 2002 to 2004. Rahul also brings a wealth of experience from his time at well-regarded banks such as Standard Chartered Bank and UTI Bank. He has over 24 years' experience in managing fixed income funds. Rahul earned his M.B.A. and his bachelor's degree in science from Bhopal University.

Mr. Janmejay Upadhyay is the Chief Risk Officer of the Franklin Templeton AMC (India) and he is responsible for oversight of enterprise-wide risks across the firm. Janmejay works in close partnership with the investment portfolio teams, business, and enterprise leaders in India, and our global Risk Management team to lead the risk management function for the India AMC. Janmejay brings over 23 years of experience in Risk Management having worked with leading institutions such as Citigroup and ICICI. Prior to joining FT, he has spent the last 11 years with the Edelweiss Group, in his last stint he was the CRO for Capital Markets, NBFC and Wealth & Investment Management businesses of the group. For some part of his career at Edelweiss group, he played the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Wealth Management business, wherein has was overseeing enterprise functions comprising Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate Planning and Strategy. Over the years he has been instrumental in leading the transformation of business operations through institutionalization of robust internal processes and automation thus creating a highly reliable enterprise platform to support the wealth management businesses. Mr. Upadhyay holds a master's degree in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-op Management, and a bachelor's degree in arts (BA) from the University of Allahabad.

Santosh is President & Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Franklin Templeton Alternative Investments India. In this capacity, he is responsible for establishing and growing the firm's presence in the alternatives space in the country. Santosh has been with Franklin Templeton for over 18 years and prior to taking on this role, he was the Fixed Income CIO of India Asset Management business. Santosh earned his M.B.A. from XLRI, Jamshedpur and his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and telecom from REC, Bhopal.

Arun heads the investment function for the Credit AIF at Franklin Templeton Alternative Investments India. Arun has a professional experience of over 20 years, with a focus on investment and portfolio management, credit underwriting, and credit ratings across various vanilla and structured credit products. Arun is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

Mr. Shyam Sundar R. has joined Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Credit Research, effective January 06, 2025. With over 16 years of experience in corporate and NBFC lending, Shyam has held key roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Eduvanz Financing, Northern Arc Capital, ICICI Bank, Delhi International Airport Limited, and Cognizant Technology Solutions. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Anna University.
