Charandeep brings over two decades of capital markets experience to Girik. Before co-founding the firm, he was a Director at Lehman Brothers in New York and London, within the global leveraged finance group. He holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Master in Finance from London Business School. He has led Girik's investment process since inception.
Varun Daga
Fund managerCo-Founder & Fund Manager
Varun co-founded Girik after running the equity investment division at his family office. A self-taught investor, he developed proprietary screening systems to identify high-growth companies ahead of the curve, an approach that continues to inform Girik's process today. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from Narsee Monjee College of Economics.
