His career has been marked by roles in private equity, commercial banking, and alternative investments at eminent institutions like Standard Chartered Bank and Edelweiss Financial Services. He possesses experience of real estate investment through economic cycles, including the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, India's 2016 Demonetization, and the 2018 Indian Debt Crisis. Notable tenure in his career has been Head of Credit and Asset Management at Edelweiss Capital having real estate portfolio exceeding $2 billion. Managing diverse assets such as International and Domestic Real Estate Investment Funds and a Non-Banking Finance Company. Well known for having proven track record of revitalizing stalled real estate projects. Robust academic background, with a Metallurgical Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Apurva Agarwal is the Founding Partner of Universal Legal and a trusted advisor in corporate law, real estate, dispute resolution. With over 25 years of experience, he has led landmark transactions including a 500-acre land deal in Maharashtra and complex cross-border restructurings. A graduate of NLSIU and Bond University, he advises NBFCs, ARCs, real estate funds, and family offices on high-stakes legal matters. Apurva is also the author of Layman's Guide to Property Transaction Rights and regularly teaches at NMIMS. Known for his legal precision and business acumen, he is also active in the Rotary Club of Mumbai Nariman Point and RMB Mumbai.

Nitin brings close to two decades of financial industry experience, starting his career as a Mutual Fund Research Analyst at Motilal Oswal. He has since expanded into diverse finance avenues, honing expertise across product research, client propositions, and investment strategies. His longest tenure was with the HSBC Group, where he managed Investment Product Research, Client Proposition, Investment Products, Liabilities, and FX business. This comprehensive background in product development and client solutions positions him to deliver a holistic suite of tailored products and services for our Investors.
