Satrajit Neogy is an Investment associate at Ideaspring Capital, focusing on early-stage DeepTech and AI investments. He evaluates and supports early-stage startups at Ideaspring Capital, leveraging his experience in product management across startups building AI. Satrajit began his career at Goodera as part of the volunteering division, where he developed skills in strategic operations and team building. In his previous role at parallel dots, he led internal tooling projects and spearheaded new product initiatives. At Playment, Satrajit worked as an Associate Product Manager, where he scaled the supply vertical and contributed to the platform's growth. Education: Graduated from BITS Pilani with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Madhavi is an Associate Finance Manager at Ideaspring Capital, overseeing Finance and Operations. Madhavi is engaged in all aspects of Finance and Operations at Ideaspring Capital, including Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and compliance-related matters. As part of her Chartered Accountants program, she has 3 years of articleship experience in Auditing, Accounting, and Taxation.

Naresh P is the Finance Manager at Ideaspring Capital, where he oversees Finance and Operations, including Accounting, Audit, Legal, Taxation, and compliance-related matters. Prior to Ideaspring Capital, he worked with ICICI Bank as a Branch Credit Manager. Arihant Patni is a Managing Director at Ideaspring Capital as well as Patni Financial Advisors, which is the administrative entity for the Patni Family office. He has been an active angel investor and is also Co-founder of The Hive (India), a Silicon Valley-based 'Big Data' incubator, and Nirvana Ventures, a fund focused on the Indian consumer internet space. Education: Masters of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Babson College and a Masters Degree in Statistics from Columbia University, with a concentration in Quantitative Finance.

Dr. Ajith Kamath is a distinguished life sciences leader with over 25 years of experience in preclinical drug discovery and strategic R&D partnerships. He spent the majority of his career at Pfizer Worldwide R&D in the USA, before returning to India in 2007 as the India Head of Pfizer's Strategic Research Partnership, leading External R&D Innovation. In this role, he forged deep connections with India's pharma and biotech ecosystem. He has subsequently held leadership positions at Jubilant Biosys and Mitra Biotech. Dr. Kamath is also an active angel investor and advisor to deep science startups, including Pandorum Technologies and Ahammune Biosciences. He has over 35 publications to his name and has presented at 100+ national and international conferences. Education: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore; Postdoctoral studies at the University of Texas, Austin and Stanford University.
