Rajesh Singhal is the Managing Partner of IndGrowth Capital Advisors. He co-founded the firm and is responsible for investment strategy and portfolio management for IndGrowth Capital Fund I and the firm's subsequent open-ended AIF.

Varun Kapur joined IndGrowth Capital as Managing Partner in February 2017, just ahead of the fund's SEBI registration in April 2017. He was previously India Head of TPG Growth, the growth equity arm of global PE firm TPG Capital.
