Pratip is a Partner at Inflexor. An engineer by training with early stints at Wärtsilä and Infosys, Pratip immersed himself in the alternate asset investment game in the early 2000s, starting off at SBI Capital Markets, before moving to an alternate asset management firm Babcock and Brown. Subsequently, he had a decade long stint at IDFC Alternatives across growth stage and buy-out investments. During his stint at IDFC Alternatives, he served as its representative on the Investment Committee of Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund. After a brief stint at Global Infrastructure Partners(GIP), Pratip joined Jatin and Venkat at the launch of Inflexor Ventures in 2019. Pratip is engineering graduate from SPCE, Mumbai, holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College (GLC). Pratip is passionate about investing, an avid reader and connoisseur of great food experiences, and is our first call when looking for recommendations in any city!

Harsha has been a member of the Inflexor team since inception. She handles multiple responsibilities in the fund ranging from handling investor relations, managing deal execution & portfolio management to dealing with the various legal aspects of investing. As a Partner in the firm, she plays a pivotal role in the strategic as well as day to day operations of the firm. Prior to joining Inflexor, Harsha has close to a decade of experience handling financial due diligence in M&A transactions across the Big4 firms like EY, PwC and Deloitte. Her keen insight into financial performance of companies gives her the unique ability to evaluate transactions. She has a dual distinction of being a rank holder during her CA as well as MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. She is an active member of the Women in Investing communities in Mumbai. She enjoys spending time with her family, has interest in spirituality, early childhood education and collecting handloom sarees from various parts of India.

Murali is a founding member of Inflexor Ventures. He excels in identifying investment opportunities and managing portfolios, drawing on his exceptional skills in deal analysis and strategic insight. As a Partner, he plays a crucial role in driving the fund's success by leveraging his strong finance background and his belief in supporting visionaries with conviction. Murali takes a deep interest in understanding founders and what makes them tick, enabling him to back promising ventures with a nuanced perspective. He also focuses on fund-raising and investor management for the fund. Before joining Inflexor Ventures, he honed his expertise in funding and strategic decisions as a virtual CFO for several SMEs, and in the Assurance Department at Ernst and Young. This experience provides him with a deep understanding of financial structuring and strategic growth. Murali is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder, which further reinforces his proficiency in financial management and investment strategies.
