Ramashrya Ramjag Yadav

Ram Yadav founded Integrow in 2020, bringing more than two decades of real estate experience to the credit space. Before Integrow, he held senior leadership roles across investment banking, structured finance and asset management, including at Shapoorji Pallonji and Edelweiss. He named the firm for two ideas, Integrity and Growth, and built it as a SEBI-registered Category II AIF lending against real estate with senior security. He conceived Arjava, Integrow's proprietary underwriting platform, and today sets the firm's strategy and leads its relationships with investors, developers and institutions.

Hiren Ladva leads capital raising and deployment across Integrow's performing credit, structured debt and private equity strategies. His eighteen-year career spans operating businesses, capital markets and strategic advisory, with earlier roles at Tata Strategic, Tata Communications and Orbit Corporation. With experience in real estate operations, building technology platforms for the sector, and allocating institutional capital, he assesses each opportunity as an operator, a technologist, and an investor.

Nitya Yadav
Lead - Platform & Strategy Architect
Nitya Yadav leads strategy and data at Integrow, with responsibility for platform architecture, data infrastructure and investor reporting. She joined in 2022 to build the firm's brand and investor reporting framework, and was named Lead - Platform and Strategy Architect in November 2024. As the firm's platform architect, she turns the underwriting approach Ram conceived for Arjava into the technology and data systems that run it. She represents the second generation of Integrow's leadership and is building the infrastructure for the firm's next stage of growth.
