The fund operates as an open-ended, long-only, multi-cap, sector-agnostic strategy focused on India-listed equities. The scheme — Intellect Capital Scheme 1 — seeks to generate sustainable alpha and compound capital over the long term by investing in high-quality growth businesses managed by exceptional management teams at fair valuations. The minimum contribution is INR 1 crore. The Intellect group has a combined track record of over a decade in financial markets, with group entities including Intellect Stock Broking Limited (NSE, BSE, MCX registered), Intellect Commodities Private Limited, Intellect Insurance Brokers Private Limited, and Intellect Consultancy & Advisory Services Private Limited. His professional expertise lies in strategic trade establishment and execution in the F&O and derivatives segment. He is Founder and CIO of Aventus Capital (Intellect Capital AIF) and Chairman & Managing Director of Intellect Stock Broking Limited.
