Nikhil Gangil is the Founder of Intrinsic Value Equity Advisors and a long-term practitioner of value investing, with over 13 years of experience in Indian equity markets. He holds an M.Tech from IIT Madras and has previously worked with reputed oil & gas and EPC organizations such as L&T and Worley. This background has given him hands-on exposure to infrastructure, construction, steel, oil & gas, and marine-linked businesses, particularly cyclical industries. This experience enables him to understand how business cycles evolve and how long-term value is created across different economic phases. Nikhil's investing philosophy is built on the belief that value and growth are not opposites, but complements. As he often emphasizes, "A value investor should not underestimate growth, and a growth investor should not underestimate value."
