Emerging India Credit Opportunities Fund (IN/AIF2/20-21/0869) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered in March 2021, managed by Investec Capital Services (India) Private Limited (CIN: U65923MH2010FTC204309) — the India subsidiary of Investec Bank Plc (South Africa/UK), in a joint venture with SBI Capital Markets Ltd (19.7% stake). Investec India specialises in private credit for mid-market corporates and PE sponsors, providing senior structured credit solutions. This is Investec India's debut AIF. A successor fund, Emerging India Credit Opportunities Trust II (IN/AIF2/23-24/1366), was registered in October 2023 under a separate manager ID (MGR_00905).
