Clinical & operational excellence. Financial restructuring. Governance and control. Emerging Healthcare: Invest in disruptive businesses that are agents of change in Industry; creating markets, altering paradigms for the better. Value drivers and objectives: Ability to identify viable models. Mentor entrepreneurs through growth. Reduce unwholesome tendencies to scale at the expense of stability. Interactions between portfolio companies: Identify & foster synergies (where meaningful) between Portfolio Companies. Pursue a whole greater than sum of its parts. If right conditions emerge, create networks on hub and spoke model. Procure buy-in / alignment with incumbent management. Enhanced exit potential. These Tracks are a reflection of Inviga's primary areas of interest.
