Pratham is a Senior Analyst at ITI, interested in businesses that challenge convention and founders who see what others miss. His work spans investments, deal execution and portfolio management, with a particular interest in what gives a business its edge. An HR College alumnus, Pratham follows developments across technology, platforms, consumer and fintech, with a keen eye for emerging business models and the opportunities they create. Away from work, Pratham enjoys long drives, good coffee and conversations that lose track of time. A national-level shooter and a gamer at heart, he doesn't shy away from a little friendly competition and has a soft spot for spontaneous plans and good company.

Akhilesh is a Partner at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, where he backs founders with both capital and hands-on execution support. He brings over a decade of experience across investing, asset management and corporate strategy in India and the UAE. He began his career in Mumbai at Deutsche Bank, investing in stressed assets, before moving to Evolvence Capital as an Investment Associate. He then relocated to Dubai, where he worked in asset management at Dubai Holding and in private equity at Synergy Capital. He went on to lead investments and new ventures at Emirates Post Group, working out of the Group CEO's Office on strategic projects, partnerships and corporate affairs. Most recently, he was an Investment Advisor at SKG Investments & Advisory before joining ITIGO. Akhilesh holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Jai is a Senior Associate at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, where he works across deal sourcing, diligence and portfolio support in deep tech, defence tech, healthcare and climate tech. His interest in venture capital comes from a long-standing pull toward the meeting point of engineering and climate, and a belief that the right companies can create real impact on the ground, and jobs, across South Asia. Before joining the fund, he was at Peak Sustainability Ventures, a climate tech fund. Earlier, he led energy policy research at CEEW, founded Candela Energy to work on last-mile energy access, and consulted at Sattva Consulting. He has also held research roles at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center, Johns Hopkins, Brookings and the Energy Futures Initiative in Washington DC, and has authored more than five peer-reviewed publications. He holds a BTech and an MS in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Having grown up in a defence family that moved across India, he enjoys cooking, follows football closely, and still travels whenever he gets the chance.

Umang joined the firm as an intern in May 2025 and moved into a full-time role that August. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai and works closely with Founder and Managing Partner Mohit Gulati across the fund's strategic and operational priorities. His role spans investor relations, fundraising, investment research and fund operations. He focuses on building and strengthening relationships with limited partners, developing strategic partnerships, supporting investment diligence and driving key initiatives across the firm.

Vishakha is the Compliance Officer at ITI Growth Opportunities Fund. She brings six years of internal audit experience in banking, financial services and insurance, with clients including UTI AMC, LIC and Bandhan AMC. Her expertise is in compliance reviews, regulatory filings and website disclosures under SEBI and AMFI guidelines. She also ran the concurrent audit for Kotak Life Insurance, focused on ULIP investments. She is a commerce graduate of Ghanshyamdas Saraf College and holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai.
