Divyanshu focuses on Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer investments. Previously worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a Chartered Accountant, has cleared two levels of the CFA (USA) program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Nandini focuses on Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer investments. Prior to joining Jashvik, she was a management consultant at Deloitte and completed her articleship in Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.

Kaustubh focuses on investments in Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining Jashvik, Kaustubh worked in M&A at Haitong Investment Bank and in equity capital markets at Credit Suisse. He is most frequently worked on M&A transactions in Financial Institutions Group and Fintech. He earned his engineering degree from BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, majoring in Economics and Electrical Engineering.

Arya focuses on investments in the Healthcare/Pharma and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining Jashvik, she worked at Avendus Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi.

Saurabh has 6 years of experience spanning PE investing and finance across healthcare, industrials, and metals & mining businesses in India. Previously, Saurabh was part of the investing team at Stakeboat Capital, focused on investments in healthcare and industrials businesses. Before that, he worked at Vedanta, where he was involved in financial reporting & analysis and treasury.

Shubham focuses on investments in the Pharma/Healthcare and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining Jashvik, Shubham was a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon in their Lifesciences team where he worked on CDD/GTM projects. He completed his articleship from EY's audit and assurance practice, where he worked on audits for clients across lifesciences and tech industries. Shubham is a Chartered Accountant with All India Ranks across levels and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Siddharth focuses on investments in Healthcare, Consumer and Industrials/Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Jashvik, Siddharth was a consultant at Miebach Consulting where he worked on Supply Chain optimisation projects. Siddharth did B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He has also pursued his CFA journey alongside and cleared CFA level II in Nov'25.

Harsh focuses on investments in the Pharma/Healthcare and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining Jashvik, Harsh completed his articleship in International Taxation at EY, serving clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. He subsequently completed his industrial training at D. E. Shaw & Co. Harsh is a Chartered Accountant, holding All India Ranks across levels.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Tanushka worked in the Global Banking & Markets division at Goldman Sachs in the United States where she helped manage capital for the division. She began her career at EY India, in the Financial Services Risk Management practice. She holds an MSc in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University and a BA in Economics & Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.

Sankar advises the firm on topics related to strategy, go to market models, domestic sales excellence for target and portfolio companies in domestic pharma and sectors with comparable business models. Immediately prior to Jashvik, Sankar was the CEO & Director of Curatio Healthcare, a domestic dermo-cosmetic pharma company where he scaled the business value by ~7x and successfully exited the business to Torrent Pharma, a large Indian strategic. Prior to Curatio, Sankar was in various senior leadership roles at Dr. Reddy's over a 25 year stint. Over his 35 year career in Pharma Industry, Sankar has strategized and crafted long and short-term business plans and strategies to build brands in India and emerging markets.

Sangeeta started her career with Nestle and was instrumental in creating, launching and establishing the 'Maggi' phenomenon, the first instant food product in the country and subsequently headed the Marketing Function in Nestle. Subsequently she joined Mattel, the world's largest Toy Company in India as CEO and Managing Director. She was appointed as Executive Director for Tata Tea Limited in 2004 and later as President-South Asia for the Tata Global Beverages Group. In Sep 2010, she was appointed as a Managing Director of NDDB Dairy Services. She holds a few distinctions: Business Today has selected her as one of the 30 Most Powerful Women in Indian Business - 2007, 2009 and 2010; India Today Woman in the Corporate World - 2010 and also Women Super Achievers Award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Marketing. Ms. Sangeeta Talwar did her MBA from IIM Kolkata and is an Economics Honours graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. Ms. Sangeeta Talwar is currently a Director on the Boards of Castrol India Ltd, Mahindra Holiday Resorts India Ltd, Sembcorp Energy India Ltd, Management Development Institute Gurgaon, Swadesh Foundation.

Ram served as Global Head of Engineering at Altimetrik and as Cloud CTO & Business Head - Cloud-Native Engineering at Tech Mahindra, where he built high-performance global teams, incubated and scaled multiple practices beyond USD 100 million in revenue, and led enterprise-wide modernization and platform engineering initiatives.

Prior to joining Jashvik, Kiran collaborated with Accel portfolio companies, where he tackled critical Product Led Growth issues and provided impactful solutions. Kiran has experience setting up and maintained user metrics reporting, benchmarking, and processes that safeguard businesses against any channel updates. His expertise spans Mobile First, Security, Performance, Automation and AI First strategies.
