Darius Pandole
Managing Director & CEO – Private Equity & Equity AIFs, JM Financial
Darius Pandole is the Managing Director and CEO of the Private Equity Fund Management business of JM Financial Group and leads the investment team for JM Financial India Growth Trust III. He joined JMFPE in August 2016 and has over 30 years of private equity investing experience in India. Prior to JMFPE, he was a Partner at New Silk Route Advisors (NSR) for nearly 9 years, where he was part of the early team managing a USD 1.4 billion PE fund. Before NSR, he was Executive Director and later COO of IDFC Private Equity (India Development Fund). Earlier roles include Managing Director of IndAsia Fund Advisors, Indocean Venture Advisors, and Duke's Ltd. He holds a BA (Economics) from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He serves as Independent Director on the boards of Mahindra Logistics Ltd. and Fairchem Speciality Ltd.
Vinit Rai

Vinit has been with JM Financial since November 2006. He has an overall experience of 20 years and investing experience of over 16 years in India. He has been a part of the core investment team of JMFPE since inception, and has led several early and growth-stage investments, as well as many exits. Vinit focuses on sectors such as financial, education, manufacturing, F&B, agritech and consumer services, and has worked across the investment life cycle. He has also worked on investments from JM Financial's proprietary funds. Prior to JMFPE, Vinit worked across Commercial as well as Investment Banking with companies like ABN Amro Bank, Morgan Stanley Advantage Services and Brescon Corporate Advisors. He serves as a Nominee Director and observer on the boards of JMFPE's portfolio companies. Vinit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College, Mumbai University, and is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant.
Siddharth Kothari

Siddharth has been with JMFPE since March 2006. He has over 17 years of private equity experience in India. He has been a part of the core investment team of JMFPE since inception. Siddharth focusses on sectors such as financial, manufacturing and consumer services, and has worked across the investment life cycle. In addition to JM Financial India Fund and Fund II, he has successfully led early-stage investments in financial technology and healthcare services from JM Financials' proprietary funds. Prior to JMFPE, Siddharth worked at Ernst and Young / Arthur Andersen for close to 8 years in taxation and investment structuring advisory services. He serves as a Nominee Director on JMFPE's portfolio companies. Siddharth holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai University, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prior to JM Financial, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Khimji Kunverji & Co for close to 2 years. Raj is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
Aseem Gupta

Aseem joined JMFPE in September 2020. He has over 18 years of experience in listed Indian equities covering research, fund management and sales. Prior to joining JMFPE, Aseem led the HK Equities desk for JM Financial Institutional Securities for over five years between 2015 and 2020. Prior to JM Financial, he had stints at DSP Blackrock Investment Managers, Religare Capital Markets and CIMB India Securities. At DSP Blackrock, he received the Lipper Award for Best Performance over a 3-year period in the Equity sector Information Technology category for managing the 'DSP Blackrock Technology.com Fund'. He also led research in Technology, Telecom, Media, and Oil & Gas sectors for the team. At Religare, Aseem identified and wrote seminal research on the structural shift in branded apparels space in India. He serves as a Nominee Director and Observer on the boards of JMFPE's portfolio companies. Aseem did his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur, and PGDM from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Saksham Sharma

Saksham joined JMFPE in May 2018. He has 8 years of financial services experience across private equity and investment banking. Prior to JMFPE, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Avista Advisory Group, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura. Saksham holds a B.S. in Physics from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and an M.S. in Quantitative Economics from Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi.
Disha Jugat

Disha joined JMFPE in May 2021. She has over 6.5 years of experience in financial services industry. Previously worked in the Investment Banking team of BOB Capital. Prior to BOB Capital, Disha had worked in IL&FS Financial Services and IL&FS Capital Advisors in stressed assets and investment banking team respectively. Disha is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master's degree in Finance from Atharva Institute of Management Studies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai.
Shreyans Nolkha

Shreyans joined JMFPE in Aug-22. He has over 4 years of financial services experience across private equity and investment banking. Prior to JMFPE, he worked as a Manager in the Investment Banking Team at KNAV Corporate Finance. At KNAV, he was part of the core IB team where he worked on deals across sectors covering consumer, TMT and healthcare. He also assisted clients on transaction and strategic advisory engagements including financial diligence, transaction & ESOP structuring and business planning. Shreyans is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mithibai College, Mumbai University. He has also cleared two levels of the CFA course (US).
Arpit Maheshwari

Arpit joined JMFPE in Jan-24. He has over 2 years of financial services experience in the Investment banking space. Prior to JMFPE, he worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking team at JP Morgan, CRG. At JP Morgan, he worked in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging sector for the EMEA region. Arpit is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has also cleared all the levels of the CFA program (US).
Narendra Kansan
