Gautam Marwah is a Chief of Staff at Kae Capital. After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi, he has held key roles in Fintech startups such as Qbera, Kite, and Pine Labs, where he last worked as a Product Manager. He also spent six months at Futures First trading U.S. interest rate futures, rounding out a 5.5-year tenure of diverse experience. He is also the Host of the Indianaut Podcast. At Kae Capital, he works on various initiatives across Portfolio Management, Community, Fundraising, and Investments.

Deepak I. Shahdadpuri is the Founder and Managing Director of DSG Consumer Partners (DSGCP) and has over 15 years of private equity experience. Before DSGCP, Deepak co-founded BCP Advisors, managers to the Beacon India Private Equity Fund (BIPEF) with AUM of US$320 million. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at consumer-focused PE fund GEM India, a Principal at Reuters Venture Capital, and worked with Bain & Company and Ernst & Young in London. He currently serves on the board of Baker's Circle, Bhayana Builders, Impresario, Exito Gourmet, Indostar Capital Finance, Mswipe Technologies, Remy Sula India, Saffronart, Sula Wines and Veeba Food Services. He holds an MBA (Distinction) from INSEAD, a LLB (Hons) from King's College London and is a FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Gulu Mirchandani is the Founder Chairman of the Onida Group, the flagship company of which is MIRC Electronics. He is also Co-founder & Chairman of Akasaka Electronics, Iwai Electronics, Gulita Securities, and a Director and Co-founder at Adino Telecom. He is Chairman at Fractal Analytics. He was appointed President of Consumer Electronics & TV Manufacturer Association (CETMA) for two consecutive years in 1992 and 1994, and was Chairman of the Bombay chapter of the World Presidents' Organisation (WPO). He serves on the boards of Shoppers Stop Limited, VIP Industries Limited and KEC International Limited among others. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Mohan Desai has 25 years of private equity/private credit, capital markets and investment banking experience in Asia and is a founding member of, and an advisor to, Kae Capital. As a senior investment banking professional, he held leadership positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and ABN AMRO, where he built from the ground up and ran private capital markets and private investment businesses in Asia. He also ran strategy and corporate development for ABN AMRO's global markets and client coverage franchises in Asia Pacific, and spent years as a senior corporate and investment banker originating, structuring and executing significant debt and equity financing transactions for clients across the region.

Pravin Gandhi has over 50 years of entrepreneurial, operational, and investing experience in the IT industry in India. He was a founding partner of INFINITY, the first early-stage fund in India, and subsequently a founding partner in Seedfund I & II. With over 18 years of investing experience, he is an active early-stage angel investor in the tech and impact space. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. He is a former President of the Manufacturers Association of Information Technology (MAIT), a Past President of TiE Mumbai and an Ex-Global Trustee of The Indus Entrepreneurs. He serves on the boards of TiE Mumbai, SINE (IIT Mumbai Incubator) and on the Investment Committee of Aavishkaar Bharat Fund and Ankur Capital.

Rajesh Khanna is the Founder and CEO of Arka Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and an investor in various companies. He is a Director of Max Life Insurance Company Ltd. Previously, he served as Managing Director and India Head of Warburg Pincus, a global PE firm, and was a member of its global Executive Management Group. He is a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a Chartered Accountant.

Shyam Kamadolli is a Managing Director at Devonshire Investors, the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments' parent company in the US, where he leads VC investments in disruptive science projects. Previously, he led technology investments at Fidelity Growth Partners in India and early-stage deals for Fidelity Ventures in Boston. In 2006, he led the effort at RSA Security that resulted in the largest technology trade sale of the year when EMC acquired the business. He brings 14 years of technology entrepreneurship and operating experience in addition to 14 years of investing experience spanning the US, India, and Europe. At Kae Capital, he guides technology investments, fund operations, and US-based interests. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a degree from London Business School.

Vaibhav Agrawal is a Venture Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, based out of Menlo Park. He has led early investments and served on the boards of startups such as Innovaccer, Glean, Zetwerk, and Apna — startups worth over $10Bn in aggregate value. He previously co-founded two companies, worked at McKinsey, attended Stanford GSB, and trained as an ER doctor. While at Lightspeed, he also built Extreme Entrepreneurs, a no-cost bootcamp that has mentored over 50 underserved founders.

Vikram Limaye was the Managing Director and CEO of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for 5 years, until July 2022. Prior to NSE, he was the Managing Director & CEO of IDFC Limited, a diversified publicly listed financial services conglomerate. He started his career with Arthur Andersen in Mumbai in 1987 and worked in the audit and business advisory groups of Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and the consumer banking group of Citibank before pursuing an MBA in the USA. He subsequently worked on Wall Street for 8 years with Credit Suisse First Boston in investment banking, capital markets, structured finance and credit portfolio management before returning to Mumbai in 2004. He has served on various committees of government and industry associations and on the boards of numerous corporates, educational institutions and not-for-profit organisations. The Supreme Court of India appointed him to a four-member Committee of Administrators for the BCCI. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) and served as Chairman of its Working Committee. He holds a B.Com from HR College (University of Bombay), Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, and an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Jainam is part of the investment team at Kae Capital, where he partners with early-stage founders building across Consumer & Enterprise AI, B2B Commerce, and Deeptech. At Kae, he works closely with founders on building and scaling their businesses, supporting them across strategy, operations, and go-to-market. Before joining Kae, Jainam gained experience across both venture capital and startups. He has worked with Blume Ventures and Sparrow Capital, and on the operator side, served as Strategy Associate to the CEO at Airbound before joining KNOT in the Founder's Office. Jainam holds a degree in Physics from BITS Pilani, Goa Campus.

Ishan is part of the investment team at Kae Capital, where he focuses on backing early-stage founders across B2B AI, Frontier & Deeptech, and Consumer Tech. He works closely with founders across sourcing, diligence, strategy, and portfolio support, helping them navigate the journey from early conviction to scale. An engineer by training, Ishan holds a degree in Materials Science from IIT Kanpur. Before Kae, he worked across venture capital and technology, with experience at Huddle Ventures, Inventus Capital, General Catalyst India, and Sinarmas Technology.
