Mitali is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at KAPM Ventures LLP. With over 9 years of experience in fundamental equity research across India, Europe, and America, she employs a sector-agnostic approach, focusing on a bottom-up investment style. Prior to KAPM, Mitali gained experience at public market investing firms covering FMCG, consumer discretionary, retail, and BFSI sectors. She also managed global equities for a German family office. Mitali holds a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance and an L.L.B. from the University of Mumbai, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Pawan, Co-founder and CEO at KAPM Ventures LLP, is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience navigating the equity markets through both bull and bear cycles. His diverse background spans private and public equities across Asia, Europe, and North America. Pawan began his career in KPMG's Auditing division before transitioning to Investment Manager at Lighthouse Advisors. Prior to KAPM, he served as a fund manager for a German family office, following a bottom-up approach to invest in global public equities with a focus on healthcare, consumer, and TMT sectors. Pawan is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an MBA specializing in Strategy and Change Management from London Business School.

Jyoti is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. She has a varied background across industries and brings with her long experience in office adminstration.
