Aditya Nataraja is the Chief Investment Officer at KIFML taking care of fundraising and investments. Aditya comes with over two decades of experience across sectors and stages. He has raised funds over the years from foreign and domestic institutional investors, family offices, governments, and corporates. He has also been involved in early stage investing in technology, impact investing and incubation of technology ideas. He has actively managed a portfolio of 30+ investments delivering above market returns on funds he managed. He brings deep expertise across infrastructure and technology sectors.

Ajosh Krishnakumar has been actively involved with KIFML since 2019 and is part of the Key Investment Team at KIFML. He is responsible for originating investment themes, evaluating and executing new investments, managing the fund's portfolio etc. He has 8+ years of professional experience working in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Private Equity. Previously he worked as a founding partner at Alpine Swift Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank based in Bangalore focusing on M&A advisory for IT/ITes and fund raise advisory for startups across B2C categories. His earlier investment banking stints were with JM Financial at their Mumbai office and Khetal Advisors, a boutique advisory firm based in Bangalore.

Remya R S is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited (KIFML). In her role, she is responsible for the company's secretarial and compliance functions, including corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliances, Board and Committee management, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework governing the SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) managed by KIFML. With over 17 years of professional experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, Remya has extensive expertise in corporate law, Board and Committee processes, regulatory filings, governance advisory, and compliance management across both the public and private sectors.

Gritesh is Investment Associate at KIFML, where his mandate spans the full investment lifecycle: deal sourcing and evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio management, and fundraising and exit strategy. He brings 6+ years of experience, including 3.5 years in deal advisory and strategy consulting. At KPMG Global Services, he advised on transactions across automobiles, food, healthcare, renewable energy, and fashion, working closely with clients on deal structuring and strategic decision-making. Earlier, at S & P Global, he built a strong foundation in financial modeling and credit analytics.

Anu works as the Legal Counsel at KIFML, where she is responsible for providing corporate legal advisory, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and supporting transaction structuring and negotiations. She also acts as the single point of contact for both existing and prospective investors, facilitating legal and regulatory coordination for the company and its funds. A legal professional with over three years of experience, Anu previously worked with K.S. Gopinathan Nair & Associates, where she was involved in case preparation and assisted senior counsel in matters relating to family, civil, and criminal law.

Company Secretary with 32 years of experience across manufacturing, processing, NBFCs, power generation, and infrastructure. Served as Executive Director and Company Secretary of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) since 2018.
