Amitabh Chakraborty is the SEBI-registered contact person for Capitalk and represents Kitara Capital's India operations at Ceejay House, Worli, Mumbai.

Umesh Khimji is Co-Founder and Chairman of Kitara Capital and CEO of the Ajit Khimji Group, Oman, where he pioneered the investment division. He has over 25 years of experience in business and investments and has served on the boards of leading banks, funds, and corporations. He holds a Business degree from the University of San Diego.

Sachin Kamath is Co-Founder and CEO of Kitara Capital. He started and managed the investment division of the Ajit Khimji Group for over a decade and has 25+ years of investment experience including stints at ICICI, mutual funds, and family office management. He is a Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from India.

Vikas Thapar is an independent board member of Kitara Capital with extensive experience in private equity, government advisory, and M&A. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Indus Capital Limited and spent 20 years with IFC (World Bank Group) in senior positions including Head of European and Central European offices. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, MBA from McGill University, and completed Advanced Management Programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. He is also Board Member of Tenzing Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ listed).
